Hello and I am so glad to have found this forum.? I am a senior citizen and within the? past two months developed gout and have had frequent bouts,? Dr. put me on colcrys and told me to keep taking it til the bout subsided.? I no sooner quit taking it when another bout came on the other foot.? So I took colcrys again.? When I went back to the doc he was totally alarmed and said constant use of colcrys was extremely dangerous.? He then gave me a perscription for allo—.? I had some colcrys left so for this latest bout I am finishing up that bottle.? But the thing that scares me is that I had hepatitis in the 70's and with these medications so dangerous to your liver what is another option for a remedy.

How do you feel about drinking black cherry juice.? I am wondering what good it would do to take each and every one of the holistic remedies for cure.? Had to laugh at hubby the other day.? He brought me home a cherry pie for the cherries.? He wasn't thinking about the sugar.

I would appreciate any input and will take your suggestions to heart.? Or should I say to the big toe, ouch.
