sorry Mr Taylor, in a rush, will reply quickly. its not a sales pitch, im a painter by trade, lol. I dont even know if anti-inflammatory products like curcumin is even helpful, doesnt seemed to have helped my gout. just thought i would share this cuz i saw the advertisement in someones post above for the jig saw health one that didnt even list the type of curcuminoids or amount? Im on this site to try to find out how to help my gout, and sorry if my comment came out as if i knew how to cure someone elses gout, as it was not my intention. if i could re-word my comment it would read:
“im not sure if curcumin is a cure or even a helpful aid in the relief of gout. However if it is any help to anyone, I have enquired at 6 local health stores and done a lot of web research into anti inflammatory aids to help my high cholesterol and it seems that the general opinion is that AOR has really good quality products and there curcumin is a patented concentrated version and a high dose. There anti inflammatory product features both their curcumin with another anti inflammatory agent called bottswella. the total formula by AOR is called ANTI-INFLAMMATORY RELIEF. from the web research only that i did, the only side effects i found was it may thin your blood, however curcumin is a selected part of the turmeric root that has been used by the indian’s in cooking for thousands of years and there is no internet postings of negative side effects of turmeric. so once again im not promoting either curcumin for gout or the brand AOR but a lot of people on the web and owners of health food stores claim that they have really good products”sorry again Mr Taylor
alvin5791Participantfrom my research, if your looking for the strongest and best quality curcumin then you should try AOR’S INFLAMMATION RELIEF. if you check it out there’s no better one on the market. the only side effects of cucumin is that it makes your blood thinner. (for some of us that just might help too)
