Hi, Keith,
Sorry, just now getting back. Was tied up with business for a while. I’m sorry that my post isn’t clear, but I’ve been on here before posting, just not much in a good while. I had problems with my profile, but fixed that.
What I’m trying to say is this, curcumin is helping my gout tremendously. I’m still on it. I take 1 Jigsaw Health curcumin per day, then I am trying Life Extension brand of 2 per day. Life Extension brand is BCM-95, so you want something like that. I’m just trying them both to see. But they both seem to be excellent!
Dr. Russell Blaylock says that curcumin is the king of the anti-inflammatories. It’s already proven to help RA as good as medicines without the side effects. If you want to search out what is being studied on this magic curcumin, go and type it in at PubMed in their search field. It’s anticancer, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory. I might be missing something. Just recently at Baylor Medical Center Dallas, it’s being tested for depression with excellent results. It does better than the meds, plus without the dangerous side effects, and I think they take 1,000 mg per day.

There’s other places that has stuff about this study. Curcumin helps stop the inflammation, which inflammation is being found out to be a major cause of heart problems, depression, obesity, etc.
So whoever wants to make fun of me, go ahead. I don’t care. I’m just here to pass this on to whoever is interested. This may not help everyone, I know that. However, it might helps some other folks and their gout problems.
Kind Regards,
Tiza
Tizawiza77ParticipantSorry, figured out how to fix my profile, and now I no longer need this.
