I have been on allo for 3 months. Started at 300 but put myself up to 350. First 3 weeks were awful at 300 so I increased to 350…takes guts. Then, everything finally leveled out and the last 2 months have been NORMAL. UP about 4.5 and I have gone back to my wicked ways of eating red meat and seafood and fish and running and working out regularly.
I encourage gouties new to allo to hang in there. I got my life back. God bless.
